Inter­na­tional Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organi­zation estab­lished in 1952 and serves the poor and disad­van­taged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and devel­opment services. 1. Position: Physiotherapy Assistant

  • Required Number: 2

  • Location: Pokhara

Purpose of the Job:

The job holder is respon­sible for providing rehabil­i­tative care to patients. This role involves helping to restore functional indepen­dence, improving mobility, and managing compli­ca­tions, including defor­mities and sensory loss. He/She will assist in deliv­ering physio­therapy inter­ven­tions, conducting assess­ments, and supporting the rehabil­i­tation process of patients in a multi­dis­ci­plinary setting.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Diploma in Physiotherapy.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the relevant field.

  • Experience in teaching, research, and community health.

  • Strong inter­per­sonal and commu­ni­cation skills.

  • Good English language skills (written and spoken) and good numeracy skills.

  • Good computer skills [Word, Excel, email].

  • A positive outlook (Proactive approach to patient care).

  • Able to keep all matters pertaining to work confidential.

  • A genuine interest in helping people.

  • Under­standing of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF Nepal.


2. Position: Admin & Logistic Assistant

  • Required Number: 1

  • Location: Banke

Purpose of the Job:

The post holder is respon­sible for carrying out day-to-day general admin­is­trative tasks. Additionally, S/he will handle documen­tation, procurement, and fixed asset management while ensuring necessary arrange­ments for guests, INF staff, and various stake­holders. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and effec­tiveness of support functions in INF Banke.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Inter­me­diate level in any disci­pline; however, a Profi­ciency Certificate Level (PCL) in management is preferred.

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in general office admin­is­tration, procurement, and logistic support services.

  • Good computer skills [Word, Excel, email].

  • Able to negotiate and deal effec­tively with vendors.

  • Capable of managing multiple tasks indepen­dently with initiative.

  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

  • A valid motorbike riding license is preferred.

  • Under­standing of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF Nepal.


3. Position: Documentation and Monitoring Assistant

  • Required Number: 1

  • Location: Rolpa

Purpose of the Job:

The post holder is respon­sible for assisting the Project Coordi­nator with daily documen­tation, admin­is­trative tasks, monitoring support, data entry and compi­lation, logistics, and other support activ­ities to ensure the smooth operation of the project office.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Inter­me­diate in any discipline.

  • Minimum 1‑year working experience in a relevant field.

  • Data analytical and recording skills.

  • Good documen­tation skills and knowledge.

  • Good computer skills [Word, Excel, email].

  • Planning and reporting skills.

  • Ability to under­stand and speak the local Kham Language is an added advantage.

  • Under­standing of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF Nepal.
