International Nepal Fellowship (INF Nepal)
International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.

1. Position: Physiotherapy Assistant

Location: Pokhara
Purpose of the Job:
The job holder is responsible for providing rehabilitative care to patients. This role involves helping to restore functional independence, improving mobility, and managing complications, including deformities and sensory loss. He/She will assist in delivering physiotherapy interventions, conducting assessments, and supporting the rehabilitation process of patients in a multidisciplinary setting.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

Diploma in Physiotherapy.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the relevant field.

Experience in teaching, research, and community health.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Good English language skills (written and spoken) and good numeracy skills.

Good computer skills [Word, Excel, email].

A positive outlook (Proactive approach to patient care).

Able to keep all matters pertaining to work confidential.

2. Position: Admin & Logistic Assistant

Purpose of the Job:
The post holder is responsible for carrying out day-to-day general administrative tasks. Additionally, S/he will handle documentation, procurement, and fixed asset management while ensuring necessary arrangements for guests, INF staff, and various stakeholders. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of support functions in INF Banke.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

Intermediate level in any discipline; however, a Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) in management is preferred.

At least 3 years of proven experience in general office administration, procurement, and logistic support services.

Good computer skills [Word, Excel, email].

Able to negotiate and deal effectively with vendors.

Capable of managing multiple tasks independently with initiative.

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
-
A valid motorbike riding license is preferred.

3. Position: Documentation and Monitoring Assistant

Location: Rolpa
Purpose of the Job:
The post holder is responsible for assisting the Project Coordinator with daily documentation, administrative tasks, monitoring support, data entry and compilation, logistics, and other support activities to ensure the smooth operation of the project office.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

Intermediate in any discipline.

Minimum 1‑year working experience in a relevant field.

Data analytical and recording skills.

Good documentation skills and knowledge.

Good computer skills [Word, Excel, email].

Planning and reporting skills.

Ability to understand and speak the local Kham Language is an added advantage.
